Biography
Nato a L’Aquila il 9 ottobre del 1989.
Fin da bambino ho sempre cercato di bloccare il tempo, sentivo il desiderio di catturare l’attimo per me più speciale per non farlo svanire e poterlo riassaporare in qualsiasi momento sotto forma di ricordo.
Dopo aver trascorso l’adolescenza in compagnia della vecchia macchina fotografica compatta a pellicola di famiglia, nel 2009 acquisto la prima reflex digitale. In quel momento il gioco diventa una passione, passione che inizio a coltivare (approfondire) iscrivendomi all’Accademia delle Belle Arti della mia città e frequentando un corso di fotografia. Amo l’arte della fotografia in tutte le sue sfaccettature ma è quando mi trovo immerso nella natura che l’ispirazione prende forma e, così, riesco a spaziare con fantasia dagli ampi paesaggi fino alle riprese macro, passando per l’immenso mondo animale. Non disdegno il paesaggio urbano e amo immortalare i frammenti di vita di chi lo popola.
Credo nell’importanza dei dettagli, la fotografia si nutre di tutto ciò che l’occhio distratto non coglie.
Sono un sognatore e spero, con le mie foto, di regalare emozioni, le stesse che fanno di questa arte la mia più grande passione.
Born in L’Aquila (Italy) on October 9th, 1989.
Since childhood I’ve always tried to stop time. I felt the desire to capture the most precious moments for me so that they would not disappear, allowing me to relieve the memory at any moment.
After spending my teenage years in the company of the old family film camera, in 2009 I bought my first digital SLR. At that moment the hobby became a passion, a passion that started to grow by enrolling at the Academy of Fine Arts in my town and taking a course in photography. I love the art of photography in all its facets but it is when I’m surrounded by nature that my inspiration takes shape, allowing me to explore, with imagination, from sweeping landscapes to macro shooting, passing through the immense animal world. I do not dislike the urban landscape and love to capture the fragments of life of those who populate it.
I believe in the importance of details; photography catches everything the casual eye misses.
I am a dreamer and I hope, with my photos, to give emotions, the same ones that make this art my greatest passion.
